At Amrit Sandhanam Ayurved Pramarsh Kendra, we aim to provide a convenient and transparent online consultation booking experience. Please read the following cancellation and refund terms carefully before making an online booking.
1. Consultation Booking Fee
The online consultation booking amount is ₹511.80, consisting of:
- Consultation Fee: ₹500.00
- Platform/Payment Fee: ₹11.80
- Total Amount Payable: ₹511.80
2. Consultation Fee
The ₹500 consultation fee is non-refundable once the payment has been successfully processed and the consultation booking has been confirmed.
Out of the consultation fee, ₹300 may be adjusted against eligible medicine purchases after consultation, as per the applicable consultation-centre policy.
The ₹300 adjustment is not a cash refund and cannot be transferred to another person.
3. Cancellation by Patient
Patients are advised to carefully select the consultation centre, camp date and consultation window before making payment.
Once payment has been successfully processed and a Booking ID and Token Number have been generated, cancellation by the patient generally does not qualify for a refund of the consultation fee.
4. Rescheduling
If a patient is unable to attend the selected consultation window, they may contact the Booking Help number as early as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of another consultation slot, relevant camp/date and approval by the consultation centre.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
5. Failure to Attend
If a patient does not arrive within the selected consultation window, the consultation may be provided according to the available queue and the availability of the consulting physician.
Failure to attend does not automatically make the booking eligible for a refund.
6. Cancellation by Amrit Sandhanam
If Amrit Sandhanam Ayurved Pramarsh Kendra cancels a consultation camp or is unable to provide the booked consultation due to circumstances attributable to the consultation centre, the patient may be offered:
• an alternative consultation date/slot; or
• a refund, where applicable.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
7. Payment Failure or Technical Issue
If the customer's bank account is debited but the booking is not successfully confirmed because of a technical or payment-processing issue, the transaction will be verified against the payment records.
Where payment has been received but no valid booking is created, the customer should contact Booking Help / Query with:
• Registered Mobile Number
• Payment ID
• Transaction Date
• Amount Paid
The transaction will be verified before any applicable refund or booking resolution is processed.
8. Duplicate Payment
If the same booking results in a verified duplicate payment, the additional eligible payment may be refunded after verification.
The refund will normally be processed to the original payment method.
9. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the applicable payment-processing system.
The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's bank/card/UPI account may depend on the bank and payment method.
10. Payment Gateway Charges
Where applicable, payment gateway/platform charges may be treated separately from the consultation fee. Any refund decision will be made according to the applicable transaction and business policy.

12. Policy Changes
Amrit Sandhanam Ayurved Pramarsh Kendra reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy when necessary. Any updated policy will be published on this website.
13. Acceptance of Policy
By making an online consultation booking and completing the payment, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the applicable Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
