Dominating Vata means we will be thin, energetic, light, changeable and enthusiastic. Due to Predominating Pitta our nature tend to be intelligent, goal oriented and we will be motivated towards life. If Kapha prevails than our behavior will be very easy going.

The human being who has Imbalance Vata they experience anxiety, constipation, dry skin, and difficulty focusing. When Pitta is an imbalance the human being experiences irritable behavior, an inflammatory condition, and suffering from indigestion. Similarly, if Kapha is imbalance a human being suffers from weight gain, sluggishness and sinus congestion.
